Return Policy

We want you to love your handmade items. If you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

Return Window & Eligibility

  • You have 7 days after delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact designdelightgifts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
  • Unauthorized returns (items shipped back without approval) will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Any loss in value due to items being returned not in original condition will be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking, Sanitization & Repackaging Fees

  • To ensure health and safety, all returns are subject to a sanitization, repackaging, and restocking fee:
    • $6.99 fee for orders under $79
    • $10.99 fee for orders over $79
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Claims for missing items must also be made within 48 hours.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if it was approved or denied.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Banks/credit card companies may require additional time to process refunds.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at designdelightgifts@gmail.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Additional Protections

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, misuse, or abuse.
  • We are not responsible for postal delays, customs clearance times, or weather-related delays.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Refused shipments and uncollected depot packages are considered returns and will incur return shipping charges.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be contested with full documentation.
