Shipping Policy
Overview
- Free shipping on all orders over $79+ (Canada & US).
- Orders under $79 ship with a flat fee of $9.99.
- Orders with in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales or new product launches.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of the shipping address.
- We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, or for packages that go missing from unsafe or unsecured delivery locations.
- If a package is returned to sender due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
Preorders
- Preorders are shipped in the order received. Estimated ship dates listed on product pages are approximate and subject to change.
- If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the package will ship when all items are available.
- For faster delivery, please place separate orders for preorder and in-stock items.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
- Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as processing begins immediately.
International Shipping
- All packages ship from Canada.
- International orders may incur duties, taxes, and fees that are not included in shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
